This committee exists to assist members with compliance issues relating to matters of Civil Rights and affirmative action such as equal employment opportunity, compliance with employment and hiring goals, D/M/WBE goals and training special provisions.

Issues also discussed by this committee include good faith efforts and documentation, and mandated reporting software.
