TCP is AGC’s Public Relations and Education Arm –

Founded in 1988, The Crisis Program’s (TCP) mission is to increase public awareness of New York State's transportation system. TCP’s efforts to educate the public and policy makers on the condition of state roads and bridges includes providing research, statistics and highway related data relative to New York's transportation infrastructure.

TCP is committed to maintaining an adequately funded highway and bridge repair program statewide.  The Crisis Program advocated for the state's Dedicated Highway and Bridge Trust Fund, and continues to monitor highway and bridge funding needs statewide. TCP has been active in Transportation Bond Acts since its inception.                                                                                                                         

TCP exists because of annual voluntary contributions of businesses across New York State.  The Crisis Program is not a Political Action Committee and does not make political contributions.
