The Committee is the official scribe for the Chapter. It addresses the ever changing organizational structure of the Chapter. The Board delegates to it the drafting of significant language changes on the procedural requirements of the organization.

                The Committee interprets the bylaws for the Board. It also recommends changes needed to clarify points of procedure and law. It is charged with keeping the bylaws up to date and free of ambiguity. The Bylaws Committee changes are voted on by the Board before they are sent to the Contractor members for voting approval.

                The Committee works closely with the President & CEO.
