AGC NYS members and public agency staff meet jointly to address and implement the various regulations related to employment and contract utilization of women, minorities and disadvantaged entities. Development of fair and equitable programs geared to encouraging open participation opportunities in the construction industries is the primary focus of the committee.
Educational seminars are offered to keep the membership updated on current State and Federal regulatory activities.
The committee meets quarterly and task groups are utilized to work on specific areas as needs arise.
