The Section 100 Committee focuses on the general conditions of a contract. The goal is to develop more risk-neutral conditions resulting in savings of time and cost.
Working jointly with NYSDOT, the committee continuously evaluates, discusses and develops changes to the general conditions.
Task groups address specific portions of the section; Section 109 Task Group is one such group.
