Contractors Category Membership Dues:

Annual Chapter Dues: $1,875.00
Annual National AGC Associate Dues: $450.00
Total Annual Dues: $2,325.00

In addition, the following is due and payable:

Chapter: VOLUME DUES (Article VI, Sections 7 and 8, Chapter Bylaws) Volume Dues in the amount of $1,200.00 per million will be invoiced on all contracts secured from all governmental agencies for work perform¬ed within the State of New York. When the above type of contract is located within the Counties of Nassau, Suffolk, Richmond, Queens, Bronx, Kings, New York, Westchester and/or Putnam, a cap of $5,000 per Chapter Fiscal Year is effective for all jobs awarded within these counties.

There is a $15,000 cap per chapter fiscal year on all volume dues which includes the $5,000 cap in the nine county area.

National: The National Minimum Dues of $450.00 covers the first two million dollars in volume of work performed for the previous calendar year. In January of each year a Volume Dues Reporting Form and Schedule of Volume Dues will be mailed for the purpose of payment on volume over $2 million for the previous calendar year.

Chapter dues are prorated on a quarterly basis during the last three quarters of our fiscal year.
