Subcontractor Category Membership

A subcontractor member will be an individual, firm or corporation, who undertakes to perform highway heavy municipal and utilities work with its own forces. This classifi¬cation will only be available providing its prime contract volume does not exceed one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per year, as provided in Section 2, Article VI and, there is no association by way of the same principal or principals to a general contracting firm actively engaged in the construction industry.

Chapter dues are prorated on a quarterly basis during the last three quarters of our fiscal year.
