Meeting Facilities

The Chapter office has meeting facilities available for member use free of charge between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5.p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Board Room can accommodate meetings of various sizes up to 45 people at the table. The room is equipped with Audio Conference Call capability and a complete AV system. Presentations can be made utilizing VHS, DVD, Power Point or other computer based applications. The room has internet access including wireless applications. Catering is available if you wish to provide meals at your function.

Advertising Opportunities

The new magazine for the AGC NYS will be the AGCNYS Cornerstone. The first issue will be published in May. Advertising deadline is March 30, 2009. Circulation will be 4,500 for each issue.

The Membership Directory for the new organization will also be published in May and there are opportunities to advertise your company in that publication as well. Deadline for inclusion in this publication is March 30, 2009.
