The Executive Level Partnering Committee (ELP) is a joint effort at the highest level with our public agency partners – NYSDOT, NYS Thruway Authority, Office of the State Comptroller, NYSDEC etc. The committee tackles industry’s high priority issues.  The committee is dedicated to fair and equitable allocation of risk through balanced contractual and technical provisions.

The Executive Level Partnering Steering Committee is primarily composed of the Highway Division Board Executives. The committee meets quarterly with executive managers and division directors of NYSDOT, NYSTA and OSC.

The committee works strategically with related industry organizations to advance industry positions.
