Section 100 Task Force
The committee and NYSDOT have undertaken a lengthy sequence of revisions to §100, the “General Provisions” part of the Standard Specifications. These revisions have come to be known as “Phases”. Many important changes have come about as a result of the work of this committee.
Changes include:
- Base Line Data
- Project Level Partnering
- Alternative Dispute Resolution
- Simplification of Force Account procedures
