The committee meets regularly with NYSDOT and NYSTA. There are a number of subcommittees and task forces charged with the development of new specifications and the revision of existing specifications.

Some active subcommittees include sheeting and cofferdams, winter concrete and pavement marking.

Joint meetings with NYSDOT are scheduled for April, July and October each year. Meetings with NYSTA are also scheduled three times a year.
