    Addressing Nonunion Market Challenges: Civil and Criminal Liability for Common but Flawed Double Breasting Strategies

    Gregory R. Begg, Esq., is co-chair of the Labor Relations and Employment Law Practice Group of the Nationwide firm of Peckar & Abramson, PC.   He counsels private and public employers in all matters of employment law, litigation and labor relations management, with a particular focus collective bargaining representation and strategic planning in corporate transactions in construction, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, waterfront and building service industries.
