    The Small Business Administration continues to issue guidance on the Payroll Protection Program and has started to accept forgiveness applications under the program.  The program will update you on all the new developments and discuss the forgiveness application process.

    SPEAKERS:

    Gretchen Guenther, Partner, TBC, CPAs, PC: Gretchen focuses the majority of her time on individual and corporate taxation, including tax planning as well as tax compliance issues. Serving a vast array of industries, she spends a significant portion of her work researching and solving the tax needs of small businesses and individuals. She is licensed to practice accounting and law in New York State. She has a Bachelor and Master of Science Degree from the College of St. Rose and a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School.

    Mark Vena, Partner, TBC, CPAs, PC: Mark is experienced in providing tax and accounting services to a wide array of businesses, including a concentration on real estate development companies.  He also manages and supervises all phases of audit, review and compilation engagements of commercial entities ranging from home builders to construction contractors among others.  He has a Bachelor and Master in Science of Accounting from Siena College. 

    Leah Henderson, Manager, TBC, CPAs, PC: Leah provides tax planning and consultation services to individuals and businesses while assisting them in meeting their state, federal and international tax filing obligations. Leah works in a variety of industries but largely focuses her time in manufacturing and construction, where she has been able to assist clients in implementing complex tax laws to achieve tax savings on both a business and individual level. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Albany.

    Schuyler Tilly, Sr. Relationship Manager, KeyBank: Schuyler started his career in Commercial Banking at Fleet Bank in 1994.  Schuyler works with small to mid-size business’s focusing on cash flow optimization, risk assessment, capital raising and debt structuring. Schuyler graduated with a B.S. in economics from SUNY Oneonta and a M.A. in Economics from Syracuse University.
