New 2017 AIA A201, A-Series Agreements and Exhibits – Web Series

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) produces revised standard contract documents only once per decade. The AIA A201 General Terms and Conditions and related agreements were just recently published. The AIA A201 is the most litigated contract document in the history of construction. This 2-part webinar series will equip contractors with the essential tips and tricks in the new AIA A201, insurance exhibit, and A-series Owner/Contractor agreements (including the A101 (Lump Sum), A102 (Cost Plus with GMP), A103 (Cost Plus), and A104 and A105 (Short Form) agreements).

For the first time, AIA did not ask for AGC’s input into developing a new AIA A201. However, AGC formed a high priority working group and has dissected what the AGC membership absolutely needs to know when forced to use them. All attendees will receive the new AGC Commentary on the AIA A201 (2017).
