New York City construction sites are under siege from staged accidents.  This program will dissect staged construction accidents including:

    • how these incidents occur (including a step-by-step process of the plan)
    • what sites are most vulnerable
    • what contractors need to do to avoid a staged accident at their jobsite
    • how contractors can defend themselves against a fraudulent accident claim
    • what is being done to mitigate this disaster, including legal cases and legislative proposals.
