What Construction Estimators Need to Know About Safety & How to Properly Build it into the Project Cost
SPACE IS LIMITED TO 65 ATTENDEES!
This program has been developed to give construction estimators, project managers, and other personnel invested in the project estimate process, an in-depth look at project safety requirements, how to account for those risks, managing subcontractor safety requirements and ultimate inclusion of these items in your estimate. The panel will also discuss how missing these items can wreak havoc on the project budget and schedule.
The program will provide estimators with tools to estimate safety costs as budget line items, rather than a percent of project cost. The program will center on a hypothetical yet complex construction project where various safety issues will be discussed by an expert panel of field safety, project management, and estimating personnel.
