    The purpose of the Excellence in Partnering Competition is to recognize Construction Projects Best Epitomizing the Principles of Partnering.

    Mutuality and Trust: A common purpose with mutual benefit.
    Commitment: Parties are prepared to commit resources to the mutual endeavor.
    Clarity: Each party is clear about who is doing what.
    Openness: All parties are prepared to raise issues concerning the quality of the working relationship.

    Conflict Resolution and Claim Avoidance
    Delivery of Quality to the Jobsite

    Eligibility

    Reached Substantial Completion in 2018
    Nominated by project owner or primary project stakeholder and contractor
    Open to all contractors — AGC NYS members and Non-AGC NYS members

    Presentation of Awards are made at the AGC NYS Construction Industry Conference that will be held this year on December 4-6, 2018 in Saratoga Springs, NY
