Registration Information

General Registration: $300 per person before Nov. 18. After Nov. 17: $325

Tuesday Training Sessions 12/5

  • Work Zone Traffic Control Supervisor Training:  1pm – 5pm / $35 (Free with General Registration)
  • Concrete Flatwork:  8am – 4pm / $500 (lunch included)
  • NYSDEC Endorsed 4-Hour E&SC Training: 1pm – 5pm / $85

Wednesday Training Sessions 12/6

Registration Information

Due to the competition on the floor, all booth space will be assigned by AGC NYS. Booths are on a first come first served basis. Payment is necessary to guarantee space.

Standard size table or booth rental will be for an 8’ table in a 10’ wide booth. Booth rental fee is $895 for AGC NYS Members and $1095 for Non-Members for reservations and if payment is received by November 10, 2023. For reservations received after that date there will be an additional $200 charge per booth.

The price includes lunch and reception dinner on Wednesday and breakfast on Thursday for one person. Additional meals may be purchased for $35 for lunch and $75 for dinner per person.
