This program is centered on NYC Local Law 81, reviewing latest regulatory practices and compliance responsibilities for both supervisors and competent persons. Â Industry experts will cover LL81 in depth and attendees will receive an exact review of the law, including what NYC Superintendents must know to perform their duties accurately, logs and forms required by NYC DOB, jobsite postings, required information from subcontractors and workers, and finally the penalties that can be associated with non-compliance.
Attendees will also be given a comprehensive handout of DOB logs, forms, and reference material. If you’re building in NYC, you’ll want to be sure that your Superintendents are up to speed with all the latest NYC DOB requirements. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions during and after the presentation.
