The New York State Compliance Poster will have all the required postings as listed by the NYS Department of Labor.  The posters are designed for office (indoor) and jobsite (outdoor) use; they are weather- and UV-resistant. You can write in company-specific information such as emergency phone numbers, prevailing wage and right-to-know contacts and numbers. This product is updated and current for 2025.

Due to the ever-changing posting requirements by New York State, AGC NYS has made some changes to its popular Compliance Posters. There will be TWO posters available for purchase on the updated online bookstore. In order to remain compliant, AGC NYS members will have to purchase and display BOTH posters.
