    AGC Project Manager Development Program- In-person

    If you are an early-career project manager or looking to move into this role, this is a can’t-miss opportunity.

    The Associated General Contractors of America, the Project Manager Development Program (PMDP) is a set of highly-interactive courses that provide participants the essential skills to advance their careers as project managers.

    The 40-hour program takes participants through the management of the entire life-cycle of a construction project and contains the following five sessions:

    • Session 1: Introduction to Project Management – October 12-13, 2023
    • Session 2: Initiating and Planning, Part 1 – November 16-17, 2023
    • Session 3: Initiating and Planning, Part 2 – January TBD, 2024
    • Session 4: Executing – February TBD, 2024
    • Session 5: Monitoring and Controlling, and Project Closeout – March TBD, 2024

    Cost: $1800 per AGC NYS member or $2500 per non-member
