AGC’s Project Management Development Program (PMDP) is designed for construction professionals who are ready to strengthen the practical skills needed to manage projects more effectively.
Participants explore the core responsibilities of construction project management, including project administration, planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, communication, and closeout. The program connects project management concepts to the daily realities of construction work, so participants can better coordinate teams, manage information, and support successful project delivery.
This program is especially helpful for assistant project managers, project engineers, project managers, and professionals moving into project leadership roles.
