AGC STP PROGRAM – UNIT #3: “PLANNING & SCHEDULING- In-person
Over the years, AGC, ECA and NESCA has developed one of the most successful Supervisory Training Programs (STP) in the country…over 100 Superintendent Courses since the inception of the program some 25+ years ago, training over 3,000 local supervisors, tradespeople, and office personnel.
Unit #3: Planning & Scheduling helps construction supervisors understand how effective planning and scheduling can save time and money while improving project quality. It’s specifically designed for first-line supervisors responsible for managing job site tasks.
