2026 AGC NYS Winter Meeting

Mark your calendars to join us for the 2026 AGC NYS/Reagan Companies Winter Meeting, January 22-27, 2026 at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort and Casino in Palm Beach, Aruba. Located on Palm Beach and within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shopping.

Join us as we kick off the celebration of AGC NYS’s 100th Anniversary—a once-in-a-century opportunity to showcase your leadership and commitment to New York’s construction industry.

We have a variety of room locations for your stay at The Hilton. We open on January 22 with our Welcome Dinner and the last event will be held on January 26 with our Closing Reception.

We have a few rooms for early arrival or late departure. If you would like to extend your stay please let us know so arrangements can be made.

This recently renovated property has a beautiful beachfront, pool area, spa and offers a variety of dining options from Iguanas in the open air lobby for a cup of coffee or a quick bite, breakfast at Laguna, lunch at the Shore Club or dinner in the Sunset Grille that have all been renovated this year.

Guest rooms are located in a variety of buildings from the Bonaire/Curacao Tower to the Aruba Tower. We have a variety of rooms available based on location/view with rates from $489 ($639 including resort fee, porterage service and taxes) to $589 ($751 including resort fee, porterage service and taxes), along with a limited number of one-bedroom suites at $679 ($852.76 including resort fee, porterage service and taxes).
