AGC Project Manager Development Program- In Person

The Associated General Contractors of America, the Project Manager Development Program (PMDP) is a set of highly-interactive courses that provide participants the essential skills to advance their careers as project managers.

The 40-hour program takes participants through the management of the entire life-cycle of a construction project and contains the following five sessions:

• Session 1: Introduction to Project Management – October 16-17, 2025
• Session 2: Initiating and Planning, Part 1 – November 13-14, 2025
• Session 3: Initiating and Planning, Part 2 – January 15-16, 2026
• Session 4: Executing – February TBD, 2026
• Session 5: Monitoring and Controlling, and Project Closeout – March TBD, 2026
