The time-tested STP program has helped develop construction field leaders for over forty years. This new, 10th edition incorporates time tested subject matter updated with current industry best practices, methods and tools to help field leaders know where the industry has been, learn where it is now, and how to lead their teams into the future.
What makes this program particularly impactful for students is its dual role in fostering professional development and futureproofing their knowledge base. Supervisory skill—or the lack of it—directly affects every company’s bottom line. You make your money in the field, and STP can help you improve your organization’s bottom line.
