AGC Supervisory Training Program STP UNIT #1 “Leadership & Motivation”

Over the years,  AGC, ECA and NESCA have developed one of the most successful Supervisory Training Programs (STP) in the country…over two hundred Superintendent Courses since the inception of the program some 30-plus years ago, training over 3,500 local supervisors, tradespeople, and office personnel.

Unit #1: Leadership and Motivation is designed to enhance professional growth, whether you’re an experienced construction supervisor or an aspiring leader. It focuses on the importance of effective leadership and will sharpen your skills in motivating and guiding others.

The Program has been developed by the Associated General Contractors of America. More than 200,000 individuals have participated in STP courses nationally. It was developed by contractors for contractors. Give it a look if you haven’t already done so!

Cost: $150 per person for C.I.A.P. contributing employers
$225 per person for Members of ECA, AGC of NYS, or NESCA (non-CIAP contributing employers)
$275 per person for Non-Members (non-CIAP contributing employers)
